Handcrafted of reclaimed oak with a Malaysian Acacia handle, these dough cutters stand up to your toughest baking requirements. The blade trims right through a kneaded dough ball without hassle- even without flour if the blade is dry and clean.
I spend a lot of time in the kitchen myself, and have created a number of tools to make my life easier without straining my budget. This is by far the one I use the most.
The blade is finished with a food-safe mineral oil, while the handle is finished with a poly coat for long lasting protection.
